SUMMARY:Beyond the Chain: A Deep Dive in modern AI-Agents Orchestration
DESCRIPTION:Building robust agent systems requires much more than simply stringing together prompts in a linear fashion. While many projects start with simple chains\, productive deployment requires architectures that can reliably handle errors\, process asynchronous events\, and manage complex states.\nIn this presentation\, we take a concise look at modern orchestration approaches for AI agents\, analyze their strengths and weaknesses\, and show which type of architecture is suitable for which challenges – from simple pipelines to graph structures to decoupled multi-agent systems. Participants will gain an overview of how to select the right orchestration pattern for their specific requirements and build systems that grow with increasing complexity. \nSpeakers: \nMartin Brandl (CTO\, white duck) \nAndré Ratzenberger (Senior Software & AI Architect\, white duck) \n👉🏼 Purchase your ticket by following this link.

SUMMARY:Intelligent applications with AI agents
DESCRIPTION:In this hands-on workshop\, we will show how AI agents can be integrated into production applications – with a focus on the open source framework Flock and the Microsoft Agent Framework in AI Foundry. After a compact overview of agent architectures (Blackboard\, Tools\, Memory)\, we will demonstrate live the structure of simple agent workflows\, connection of data/tools (e.g. Azure AI Search) and typical orchestration patterns. We then take a look at the Agent Framework in AI Foundry\, including components\, connectors\, and deployment. A structured comparison of Flock vs. Microsoft (extensibility\, hosting\, governance\, costs) shows when which approach makes sense – and how the two can be combined. Finally\, we discuss deployment scenarios (RAG\, automation\, copilots)\, success factors and next steps for PoCs and pilots. The target group is developers\, architects and decision-makers who want to quickly move from theory to implementable solutions. \nSpeaker: \nMartin Brandl (CTO\, white duck)
