Not because of the model, but because no one has decided where he belongs.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">This talk draws the line. On the one hand, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio: the knowledge assistant on a data room, the process that starts in Teams and ends in a ticket, the agent that inherits the permissions of its user. Not beginner&#8217;s territory, but the right answer for a whole class of use cases.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">On the other hand, Microsoft Foundry and the Azure Toolkit: the knowledge agent across multiple data rooms. The analytical question that no document answers. The agent that you deliver as part of a product. The agent that remembers yesterday tomorrow and needs its own identity.   <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">This determines whether use cases scale or whether only the number of agents grows. If you start from scratch for each agent, you collect projects. Scaling is not a property of the agent.
